Craacking night on the beach Port Erin last night and big thanks to FINAL CUT for stepping in at the last minute.Went down very well.More tonight at 8pm on the ABSOLUTE BEACH STAGE  we wecome back York band  FOREBALL playing the best of classic rock.

Over at the manx telecom main stage  last night we featured a stellar line up of CAUTION RUNNERS and BUNCHA SKANKERS which I understood almost had the tarmac of the prom frakking! More of the same tonight full steam ahead with ED FORCE ONE returning with the finest IRON MAIDEN tribute you’ll hear in the North West. They kick off proceedings at 7pm.

Following on also returning for a top slot are AC/DC local tribute LITTLE BITTA ROSIE  who will provide the very very best of classic DC for your aural pleasure.

Thanks once again to Martin at bushys and Marcel at the Bay for providing these acts for the fortnight and all for free!

FABULOUS FRIDAY AT THE MANX TELECOM STAGE TONIGHT!

IMG_3031At 7pm CAUTION RUNNERS  play their second gig for Bushys TT2014 after playing a very busy Bay hotel last night. Ben Sowrey was really hitting the notes and with James Brew on lead, Dario Leonetti on rhythm and Ben Watterson fired up on drums, they played a blistering 2 hour set with a very short break. Expect them to run right through tonight with cracking covers of Maccabees, Artic Monkeys, Killers, KoL but sadly NO Fleetwood Mac  ;oP

Following on at 10pm are the mighty mighty BUNCHA SKANKERS the Island’s favourite and perhaps only ska band! Expect all the Madness,Two-Tone and Ska classics that only they do so well.

CHANGE OF BAND FOR ABSOLUTE BEACH STAGE TONIGHT

Never had to wrote something like this before and was always bemused to read it elsewhere but regrettably due to “scheduling difficulties” RED ROOM THERAPY are not able to play tonight. They will now feature supporting HEAVYBALL on Tue 3rd June on the beach.

final cut pic

Very pleased to confirm that FINAL CUT, who have only just returned from a hiatus, have ably stepped up to the mark and will hit the stage at 8pm for what looks like being a lovely sunset at Port Erin. Final Cut play a blend of rock such as Joe Bonnamassa ,Zeppelin,Lizzy and ……Fleetwood Mac! They play some great originals of which some feature on recent EP Erased from Memory. Ian Astill provides huge vocals, Luke Chambers a keen baseline, whilst Adam Cubbon shreds lead and Nick Collings, well Nick’s a top chap and handy drummer.Together they play a tight set.Good to have them playing TT2014.

See you on the beach from 8pm until 10.30pm
